Please note that during the current COVID-19 pandemic these services are being delivered from WIlliam Sutton Community Centre, 6 Shelley Way in St Budeaux
We are part of a network of neighbourhood hubs, connecting the local community to information and activities that support their wellbeing.
We also work in partnership with a range of organisations in the city who can provide additional health and wellbeing support.
The aims of the wellbeing hub are to support the achievement of the following:
- To improve mental wellbeing
- To reduce social isolation
- To reduce inequalities in neighbourhoods and within populations as a whole
- To enable people with long term conditions to feel supported and manage their condition
We have a Community Advisor who is based at Stirling Road Wellbeing Hub, located within Stirling Road Surgery.
We can provide an advice and signposting service to local residents of St Budeaux and Barne Barton to help engage with services that support wellbeing.
We Can Provide:
One to one sessions to help you identify and achieve wellbeing goals by connecting you to activities and services in the local and wider community.
