To support the staff team in their roles we have been reviewing and updating our IT and systems across the organisation. Its fair to say that Colebrook has been stuck in the past when it comes to our computers, mobiles and internal systems. Now that we have updated our image, it has definitely been time to update our internal processes! Over the next few months there is a programme of modernisation which will see staff trained and using a variety of new tools to help them do their job more effectively. Clients and people who have contact with our services should see an improvement in the efficiency of Colebrook, while I am hoping that this will also improve staff communication and how people work together. Changes to equipment and procedures is always daunting and I’m sure there will be a few hiccups, but I’m hoping the benefits we see will far outweigh any resistance to change!
